Top Four Slip F&M Past Coe, 5-3

ORLANDO, Fla. -- After dropping a pair of doubles matches, Franklin & Marshall men's tennis stormed back with the top four flights of singles picking up wins in a 5-3 victory over Coe at the USTA National Campus.

The Diplomats (4-2) came close in each opening doubles match, but only the pairing of Anthony Casale and Pedro Norte pulled out a victory.

Then F&M got to work in singles. Justin Pace made quick work of his opponent at #2, dropping just one game en route to a 6-0, 6-1 win. Adrian Charchalis and Pedro Norte both recorded 6-4, 6-2 wins at #1 and #4, respectively. Issac Rockower put the icing on the cake with a three-set victory at #3.

F&M now returns home from Florida to start its Centennial Conference slate at Washington College on Saturday, Mar. 26 at 1:00 p.m.
