Meredith Bielaska joined the Franklin & Marshall rowing coaching staff in 2021. Prior to joining the Diplomats, she was a member of the Board for Directors for the Portage Lakes Rowing Association in Akron, Ohio, where she taught learn to row programs for adult and masters programs, and was a member and coxswain for their competitive rowing team.

Bielaska's collegiate experience includes competing for four years with Rochester Institute of Technology, winning second place in the New York State Championships, as well as several medals at Head of the Charles, Dad Vail Regatta, and many others. While a member of the RIT Division III varsity team, she also assisted with novice recruitment and training, including leading practices and skill development for new rowers.

Bielaska earned a bachelor's and master's degree in graphic design from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a master's degree in college student personnel administration from Canisius College. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Kent State University in higher education administration, and plans to graduate in August 2023.

In her spare time, Bielaska enjoys rowing, painting, and volunteering with several youth organizations.
