Dr. Bob Falk '67 to Be Awarded Nevonian Medal During True Blue Weekend

LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall College has announced that Dr. Bob Falk '67 will be the recipient of the Nevonian Medal during this year's True Blue Weekend. The Nevonian Medal is a prestigious award that is given annually to members of the Nevonian Society who demonstrate extraordinary and sustained dedication to the College.

Dr. Falk graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1967, where he competed on the first F&M varsity squash team in 1966-67. Since then, he graduated from Jefferson Medical School in 1971, and served in the US Naval Reserve from 1972 to 1974. Dr. Falk worked as an anesthesiologist at Lancaster General Hospital from 1977 to 2016. Since retirement, Dr. Falk has served as an assistant coach for Franklin & Marshall's squash teams. He is also the President and CEO of the Lancaster Piano Festival.

Dr. Falk will receive the Nevonian Medal during the Nevonian Celebration and Induction Ceremony on Friday, October 21. The ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. inside of the Alumni Sports & Fitness Center. Registration is requested to attend the event.
