Men's Squash Dropped By No. 6 Columbia, 6-3

LANCASTER, Pa. -- Franklin & Marshall was dropped in a 6-3 home loss to No. 6 Columbia on Sunday afternoon at the Mayser Center. The Diplomats (1-4) got wins from the No. 1, No. 2, and No. 8 slots in the loss to the Lions (3-0).

Petr Nohel picked up a hard fought 6-11, 11-3, 8-11, 11-9, 11-9 victory in the No. 1 spot, while Aryan Parekh had easy work at the No. 2 spot with an 11-7, 11-9, 11-9 win. Flavio Hinostroza needed 49 minutes to dispatch of his opponent at the No. 8 spot, picking up a four-game win.

F&M next takes a road trip on Dec. 4-5 to Virginia for the Virginia Round Robin to face Dartmouth, MIT, and Virginia.
