Men's Golf Wins Home Invitational

LANCASTER, Pa.- The Franklin & Marshall men's golf team finished first in both the team standings and individual standings at its home invitational held at Bent Creek Country Club. F&M's "B" Team finished in sixth place in the team standings with a score of 302.

Shane Lawler finished five-under par to help F&M's "A" team score a 284 to win the home invitational. Dylan Gallagher tallied a 71 to finish even par to place tied for fifth. Simon Murray shot 75 to place tied for 22nd. Dominic Sculti ended the day two-over par to place tied for 20th. Chris Dorey tied for 24th by shooting five-over par. Brendan Harrington ended his round 10-over par to place tied for 42nd.

The F&M "B" team shot a combined score of 302 to place sixth in the team standings. Chris Magliocco led the "B" team, finishing two-over par to place tied for 16th. Matt Durnan shot a 75 to finish four-over par. Roy Anderson and Will Livingston both shot six-over par to tie for 27th. Jack Cooley rounded out the "B" team by finishing seven-over par and placing tied for 31st.

Today's invitational displayed the depth Franklin & Marshall holds. They look to carry the momentum over to the Spring semester.
