    Franklin & Marshall’s women’s cross country team finished 30th at this year’s NCAA Mideast Region Cross Country Championship hosted by Dickinson College.  Johns Hopkins took first place, led by Ellie Clawson who finished with a time of 21:33.5.
  • Frazier Leads F&M at CC Championship

    Emma Frazier took 25th to lead Franklin & Marshall at the 2017 Centennial Conference (CC) Championship, hosted by Gettysburg on Sunday afternoon. The Diplomats finished eighth with 234 team points, while Johns Hopkins took the team title with 25 points.

  • Diplomats Third at Hood College Open

    Franklin & Marshall's women's cross country team took third at the Hood College Open Saturday afternoon. The Diplomats finished with 86 points while Catholic took the top spot at 55 and St. Mary's placed second with 71 points. 
  • F&M Wins Battle for the Buggy; Frazier Second

    Franklin & Marshall’s women’s cross country team took the team title at the Battle for the Buggy hosted by Millersville on Saturday morning.  The Diplomats had 26 points narrowly defeating Chestnut Hill at 30 points.

    Franklin and Marshall women’s cross country team placed 26th at the Paul Short Invitational Women’s White 6K race hosted by Lehigh University on Friday evening. Wesleyan finished first while Gettysburg followed in second.

  • Women’s Cross Country Starts the 2017 Season at Little Three

    LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall’s women’s cross country team is set to begin the 2017 season on Friday, traveling to Dickinson for the annual Little Three meet at 6:00 p.m. The Diplomats look to improve on a middle of the pack finish at regionals last year with a strong returning roster.

    Grace Adams finished in 36th place to lead Franklin & Marshall at the 2016 Centennial Conference (CC) Cross Country Championships on Saturday afternoon at Haverford College. The Diplomats finished with a total of 243 points to take eighth place, while the team title went to Johns Hopkins with 21.

    Franklin & Marshall placed four runners in the top 10 en route to a first-place team finish on Saturday at the Alvernia Invitational. The Diplomats collected just 33 points on the day, while hosts Alvernia finished second with 46.

    Franklin & Marshall’s women’s cross country team opens its 2016 season today, hosting the Little Three Meet which features long-time rivals Dickinson and Gettysburg. The annual competition is the first official event for a young Diplomat squad that is aiming for another quality showing at the 2016 NCAA Mid-East Regionals.
  • Season in Review: 2015 Women’s Cross Country

    The Diplomats put together another solid year in 2015, capped off by finishing 20th out of 50 teams at the NCAA Mid-East Regionals on Nov. 14. The finish was F&M’s best in four years, dating back to 2012. Julia Zielinski led the Diplomats on the day, concluding the six-kilometer course in 23:10.7 to take 36th place overall.

    Julia Zielinski finished 36th to lead Franklin & Marshall at the 2015 NCAA Mid-East Regionals on Saturday. As a team the Diplomats finished 20th out of 50 teams with a total of 597 points. The team title went to Johns Hopkins with 33 points, while the individual title went to Johns Hopkins senior Sophia Meehan with a time of 21:46.2.
  • Zielinski Paces F&M at CC Championship

    Julia Zielinski placed 26th to pace Franklin & Marshall at the 2015 Centennial Conference Cross Country Championship Saturday afternoon. F&M finished eighth in the team standings with 222 points while Johns Hopkins took the team title with 19 points as the Blue Jays took the top four individual spots. Haverford was second at 69 and Dickinson placed third with 75 points.

    Franklin & Marshall finished 23rd out of 52 teams with 703 points at the 2014 Cross Country Mid-East Regionals at Dickinson on Saturday afternoon. Johns Hopkins took the top spot with 28 points, followed by Dickinson in second at 99 and Elizabethtown placed third with 131 points.

    Franklin & Marshall’s women’s cross country team finished 14th in the 35-team Gettysburg Invitational Saturday. Julie Zielinski paced the Diplomats with a 59th place finish. She completed the 6K course in 25:05.

    Franklin & Marshall’s women’s cross country team finished eighth at the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Salisbury University. The Diplomats finished with 197 points while Christopher Newport took the event with 51 points as the invite featured 15 teams from Division II and III.
