Catalano and Gleason Throw Into Top Ten

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Alyssa Catalano placed in the top-ten in two events and Erin Gleason placed in the top-ten in three events at this weekend’s non-team-scoring Paul Kaiser Classic, hosted by Shippensburg University. Catalano placed third in the hammer throw with a distance of 44.99m. She threw 11.77m in the shot put, which was good for fifth place.

Gleason placed sixth in discuss and javelin throw. She threw the discuss 34.40m and the javelin 32.29m. She came in third in the shot put, throwing for 11.95m.
