LANCASTER, Pa. - The Franklin & Marshall women's tennis team cruised to a 9-0 win over McDaniel in Centennial Conference women's tennis action Thursday afternoon. Cold and windy weather forced the match into the Alumni Sports and Fitness Center.

Playing her first match up at first singles, Barbara Bee made short work of Katie McLean, dispatching the Terror's top player 6-0, 6-1. Bee improved to 5-7 on the year.

Dani Barish became F&M's first ten-match winner this season with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Whitney Hines at third singles. She met more resistance than most of her teammates, as the Diplomats swept third through sixth singles without dropping a game. The 6-0 sweeps included Julia Lange's win at sixth singles. It was her first match of the season.

With the win, F&M moves to 8-3 (5-1 CC), while McDaniel falls to 0-4 (0-4 CC). The Diplomats return to action on Tuesday, April 10, when F&M hosts Dickinson.
