Gettysburg Takes Match at F&M

LANCASTER, Pa. - Gettysburg handed Franklin & Marshall's women's tennis team an 8-1 setback in Centennial Conference (CC) action on Wednesday. The Diplomats fell to 1-9 (1-4 CC) while Gettysburg improved to 7-4 (3-2 CC).

Valeri Harteg (5-9, 3-2 CC) delivered the Diplomats' lone win. She took fourth singles with a 7-5, 6-3 win over Meghan Kelly.

The Diplomats return to action on Saturday against Johns Hopkins.
