Incorvaia Named 2nd Team East All-Regional Catcher by NFCA

LANCASTER, Pa. – Lauren Incorvaia (Manalapan, N.J./Saint
John Vianney) was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches
Association (NFCA) East All-Regional 2nd Team on Tuesday. Last week
Incorvaia became the 12th player to earn first-team All-Centennial
honor three times, receiving the honor in 2006 and 2007.
Incorvaia was ridiculous from the plate this season, leading the
Centennial Conference in five statistical categories. She posted a
.432 batting average, .748 slugging percentage and had a .515 on
base percentage. She belted nine home runs and picked up 32 total
bases. Incorvaia ranked third in runs scored with 32 and second in
RBIs with 34.
Incorvaia made her mark in F&M’s record book as well. She
has the third highest batting average (.384), second highest
slugging percentage (.587) and the most hits (157). She is the
all-time leader in homeruns, blasting 15 in her career and third in
RBIs, knocking in 83. She also appeared in more games then any
other Diplomat (135).
