Four Named Inside Lacrosse All-Americans

Jen Pritchard, Sarah Meisenberg, Ashley Bevington and Shannon Summers, members of the Franklin & Marshall women's lacrosse team, are earning their fourth post-season honor in 2008 by being named All-Americans by Inside Lacrosse.

Pritchard and Meisenberg were selected to the first team, while Bevington was named to the second team and Summers garnered third-team honors. All four also appeared on the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA)/US Lacrosse All-America Team.

This selection marks the second time Pritchard and Meisenberg have landed on the Inside Lacrosse All-America Team. Pritchard was a first-team choice in 2007 and Meisenberg was named to the second team last year.

The Diplomats won their second straight Centennial Conference (CC) Championship to earn its 10th overall trip to the NCAA Tournament. F&M advanced to the national title game for the second consecutive season, where they finished as the 2008 NCAA Runners Up with an overall record of 19-2.
