LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's men were swept in a non-conference quad meet with Division III powerhouses Carnegie Mellon, Rochester and Washington & Lee.
Tim Landon finished third in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a mark of 10:23.26. Carnegie Mellon secured first and second place with Frank Olecnowicz and Alex Hanson posting respective times of 10:02.54 and 10:02.78. His effort was F&M's only top-five finish of the afternoon.
CMU defeated F&M 219-43, while Rochester nipped the Diplomats 160-102. W&L toppled F&M 210-52.
The Diplomats return to action on December 4th for the first day of the F&M Invitational.
