Bell Leads F&M at Princeton

PRINCETON, NJ - Ryan Bell kept up his winning ways with a first-place finish in the 1,000m race with a time of 2:34.61 to lead the Franklin & Marshall men's indoor track & field team at the Princeton Invitational on Sunday.
Jared Pickell picked up the second best finish on the day for the Diplomats. He was second in the 500m dash with a season-best time of 1:13.05. Kwaku Anno grabbed fourth place in both the long and high jump. He recorded a leap of 22-02.50 in the long jump and 5-10.00 in the high jump. Anno also ran in the 400m dash, taking seventh place in 51.66.
Steve Barna took 10th in the shot put for first on the team with a throw of 37-05.25, while Bryant Robinson earned 12th in the mile with a time of 5:11.47.
F&M returns to action next weekend at the Centennial Conference Championships at Ursinus.
