Gallagher finishes fifth at CC Championships
Grace Gallagher shot an 89 for the second day in a row to finish the 36-hole Centennial Conference Championships in 178 strokes. Her effort was good enough for fifth place, 12 shots off of Merrill Fortier's championship pace of 166 (86-80) at the par 72 Olde Homestead Golf Course. Fortier led Gettysburg to the team title, while Gallagher led F&M to a third place finish, marking the third consecutive year F&M has finished in that spot.

Diplomats in Third Halfway Through CC Championships
Paced by Grace Gallagher's 89, Franklin & Marshall's women's golf team is in fourth place after one round of the Centennial Conference Women's Golf Championships. Gallagher sits in fifth place amongst the 26 competing golfers. The 36-hole event is being played at the par 72, 5,800-yard Olde Homestead Golf Course.

Diplomats Place Third at Gettysburg
Grace Gallagher shot an 88 on the par 72 course at The Links at Gettysburg for a third place finish. She led her Franklin & Marshall squad to a third place finish at the Gettysburg hosted tournament, the last tune-up heading into this weekend's Centennial Conference Championships.

Women's Golf Finishes Third at Dickinson
Franklin & Marshall placed third amongst the five competing teams at Thursday's Dickinson Invitational. The Diplomats had two golfers, Grace Gallagher and Meaghan Eyler, place in the top ten at the Mayapple Golf Links.

F&M Places Ninth at California Invitational
Franklin & Marshall's women's golf team wrapped up the two-round California (Pa.) Invitational on Monday, finishing in ninth place amongst the ten competing teams. The hosts won the primarily Division II event by 21 strokes over Humber College.

Gallagher Takes Second at F&M Invite
Franklin & Marshall's women's golf team placed third amongst the three full teams competing at the F&M Fall Invitational. The Diplomats, paced by second-place finisher, Grace Gallagher, shot a 471. West Chester University won the tournament with a 462, followed by Hollins at 466.

Gallagher Grabs Fourth at Gettysburg
Grace Gallagher finished fourth in the field of 11 golfers at the Gettysburg Fall Invitational on Tuesday. Gallagher shot an 86 on the par 72, 5,801 yard Links at Gettysburg. Her +19 left her ten stroked behind medalist Merrill Fortier of Gettysburg.

F&M wins Dickinson Fall invitational
Grace Gallagher was the Diplomats top golfer finishing in a two-way tie for fifth place at the Dickinson Fall Invitational. Gallagher shot a 94 to draw even with Gettysburg's Stephanie Singer. Dickinson's Annie Gibala was the tournament medalist, having shot an 84 on the par 72, 5,800-yard course at Fairview. She held three strokes on Gettysburg's Leah Tuscano.

Ryan Peffer has been a mainstay in the Lancaster golf community since 2004 when he was named the Second Assistant Golf Pro at the Lancaster Country Club, and assumed the role of assistant coach of the Franklin & Marshall women's golf team. The 2003 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Clarion quickly rose to the top Assistant Golf Pro at the club, a capacity in which he still serves. He took over as F&M's head coach in the summer of 2007.
