Gay Williams serves as the department’s budget and office manager, overseeing the expenses for all department personnel. She also provides orientation for all new employees and exit interviews for all terms.

Williams assists in all aspects for special events, helping out with facilities and concessions. She also manages the student-employees who are assigned as office assistants to coaches and staff.

Williams is a fanatical fan of Philadelphia sports and the Jersey Shore. She and her husband of over three decades, Will, enjoy travel, and can be found courtside at all of F&M’s home basketball games.
